LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR PASSING CERTIFICATION OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL STAFF:

application of the established standard form;

a copy of the identity document of the person filing the application;

a copy of diploma of secondary specialized or higher education certified by the notary (if you have a degree and / or title, you should provide copies of these documents) or the original;

a copy of the work record book or other documentation certified by the notary confirming the work experience (extract from the pension fund confirming the positions held in the institutions listed in the extract from the pension fund with the signature of the First Leader or Head of the Personnel Department and certified by the seal of the enterprise);

in the presence of foreign certificates or certificates that indicate the acquisition of qualifications in these specializations, it is necessary to provide copies certified by the notary.
